O Allah send blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad the Imams and Mahdis

There is a hadith called "Hadith Nurania" or Hadith of the knowledge of light which speaks of the virtues of Imam Ali m.s and the brothers used to put in paltalk, is this hadith correct?
What is the virtue of this hadith?
