Assalamu alaykum WaRahmtullah WaBarakatuh dear brothers and sisters.
Today we will be speaking about how we need to be tolerant on this path of Ahmed al Hassan (a.s) so that we may stay strong and firm and stay away from confusion, because if we are not tolerating what is around us or even each other then we are going to be stuck on the very same road meaning that you are stoping yourself from getting closer towards your own paradise, because you are not accepting and moving on.
Also tolerance can lead you to have self control, and if you have self control and defeat the demons with in (the battle within) then you can start to master many things. And you can develop greatness of character and make your self much stronger for the Qaim (a.s).
Also an example where we can learn from tolerance and reflect upon is what happen in the holy land of Karbala. Where Imam Hussein (a.s) and his companions and his holy house hold tolerated the death of each other, and gave up everything they had for the sake of Allah (swt). Also the tolerance Lady Zaynab had, well Zaynab (a.s) is the one whom passed through the same thing as what Zainul Abideen (a.s) passed through, and she spoke the same as he did and yelled in the face of the tyrants as he did, and she saw the same of what Zainul Abideen (a.s) saw of the slaughtering of the people of her house.
Story of tolerance:
After some days stay in Basrah, the Imam headed for Kufa.
Malik al-Ashtar fought as bravely as a lion. So, the enemies were afraid of him.
But on the normal days, he looked a poor man. He wore simple clothing. He walked humbly. Thus most people did not know him
One day, while Malik al-Ashtar was walking was walking in the street, a foolish person was eating some dates and throwing the stones about.
Malik al-Ashtar passed before the foolish person. He threw a stone at Malik. The stone hit him on the back. The foolish person began laughing at him.
A man saw the foolish person. He said to him:
What are you doing? Do you know that man?
The foolish person answered:
No, who is he?
He's Malik al-Ashtar!
Malik went on walking. He did not pay attention to the foolish person. He remembered how the polytheists treated our Master Muhammad (s) in Makkah. They threw dust and rubbish at him but he kept silent.
Malik came into mosque. He began praying for Allah to forgive the foolish person. The man ran quickly. He came into the mosque. He embraced Malik apologizing and saying:
I want to apologize to you for my bad behavior! So, accept my apology.
Malik answered with a smile:
Brother, don't worry. By Allah, I've entered the mosque to pray for Allah to forgive you.
So it's very important especially us Ansars are tolerant and patient with each other and we don't leave each other out or behind or that we look down each on other, else if you are helping them up as Imam Ali (a.s) said, because we have to remember we are all one soul put in different bodies. And nothing pleases our Father Imam Ahmed Al Hassan (a.s) than Ansars of Allah (pbut) helping one another. Also we need to remember we have to go through our own personal journeys which is planned by the best of planners so we all are going to be tested differently but we all will have the same destination which is getting to the Qaim (a.s) and returning to Allah (swt).
Also brothers and sisters we have to be tolerant for what's coming ahead for us we have to just keeping walking this path no matter what and put our trust in Imam Ahmed al Hassan (a.s), we have to put our trust in Allah (swt) and know that if you are truly sincere that Allah (swt) never misguide you even if it doesn't seem it in the apparent.
So it's very important especially us Ansars are tolerant and patient with each other and we don't leave each other out or behind or that we look down each on other, else if you are helping them up as Imam Ali (a.s) said, because we have to remember we are all one soul put in different bodies. And nothing pleases our Father Imam Ahmed Al Hassan (a.s) than Ansars of Allah (pbut) helping one another, we have to help one another and we have to walk besides each other and stay strong and firm with each other and if we do this then not only will we just make this path easier for our own selfs it will help us become stronger and better for the Qaim (a.s). Also we need to remember we have to go through our own personal journeys which is planned by the best of planners so we all are going to be tested differently but we all will have the same destination which is getting to the Qaim (a.s) and returning to Allah (swt).
Also look how much Imam Ahmed Al Hassan (a.s) has done for us look how much the ‘father of truth’ Abdullah Hashem (a.s) has done for us, now is the time to truly show Imam Al Hussain (a.s) that we would have been with them at Karbala to gain a great victory. It's our chance brothers and sister lets stand up and unite and be besides each other and support each other and crawl our way to our beloved father Imam Ahmed Al Hassan (a.s), and truly show Al Hussain (a.s) we would have been there for them and truly show our love for the Ahlulbayt (a.s). we are those chosen people, we are those who reach that level of eptiome of faith, we are those people that Imam Ahmed al Hassan (a.s) said about Imam al-Mahdi (a.s):
“For more than a thousand years he was waiting that your grandparents and parents be born, so that they may give birth to you, so you may give him victory. And the promised day has arrived, all praises due to Allah. By Allah you have won in the world and the hereafter. Safeguard your rank with Allah, and do not let the wicked devil suggest evil to your hearts nor shake them. I ask Allah, by the truth of Fatima peace be upon her, to keep you firm and push every evil away from you, and to push away from you anyone who wants to harm you. Indeed He is praiseworthy and glorious.”
So be patient and tolerant in any calamity, and keep moving on and getting closer to Imam Ahmed Al Hassan (a.s) and Allah (swt), also Allah (swt) is always and forever with us, and he we'll never ever Abandon us even at the worst times. And know that"If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31)
Allaahumma salle ala Muhammad wa Ale Muhammad al Aemma wal Mahdyeen wa salem tasleeman Katheera
